8 Ways to identify an introvert, they say a man is a social animal and thus is expected to have a cordial relationship with his counterparts and his environment, but in the case of an introvert, that saying has little or no justification. So first let start with knowing who is an introvert.
Who is an introvert?
An introvert is one who prefers to be on their own, away from social settings, one who focuses on their inner self than about their outer self.
Many people do not understand introverts, hence they always seem to have a problem with them, of course, no one likes to be ignored or made to feel as though they are stupid for wanting to be friendly.

So many people, including some introverts themselves, think that there is something wrong with them that they need to come off or get cured of, but some other ones are comfortable with their trait and wouldn’t change a thing.
Here are a few ways to identify an introvert.
1: Introverts are always Quiet:
Introverts do not have the usual everyday energy to deal with issues, so most times you’d find them quiet.
It’s a two-end thing; the more inwardly active you are, the less outwardly active you’d be and vice versa. So if you find anyone who stays quiet most of the time, chances are that they are introverts.
It doesn’t necessarily mean that they do not know what to say or are simply dumb; introverts would generally rather not say anything in some situations but would analyze the situation in their minds and come up with brilliant points but they’d never say it until pushed or pressured to in some cases.
2: Intelligent:
Another thing that is closely associated with introverts is intelligence.
They are very intelligent people, they could already read your mind even before you say the words and it puts them on the advantageous side.
Most of the world’s most recognized personalities who have excelled in their various fields are introverts.
Do you think that’s a coincidence? No is not, it isn’t! it’s in the nature of introverts to be intelligent. smart and cacullative
Great people like Henry Ford, Napoleon Hill, Ben Carson, and Bill Gates you name but few are all introverts.
So there is empirical evidence to this acclaim. However, the case is not always the same with all introverts as some of them could still be plain or regular.
3: Ability to Solve Problems
Since introverts live inside their heads and do evaluations in their heads on their own, it makes it easier for them to think deeply and proffer solutions when the need arises.
While everyone else is panicking and making fruitless frantic efforts to tame a precarious situation, the introvert is quiet and trying to come up with a solution no one ever thought of. This is one of the things that makes them stand out
.
4: Introverts are mostly calm people
An introvert is calm in the wake of trouble, you’d think he doesn’t care, but what he’s trying to do is avail himself some quiet in order to think and come up with a solution; they don’t function properly in a crowded or noisy atmosphere.
5: Being Alone
There is a difference between being alone and being lonely; introverts are usually alone all by themselves but it doesn’t mean that they are lonely.
They are rarely bored because they have a way of keeping themselves busy with any activity which could be movies, reading or writing, or other things that tickle their interest.
Most people believe that introverts are sorry loners and probably need company but the reverse is the case for them as they can’t stand someone invading their personal space.

You could invite an introvert to a party and he’d tell you that he might show up. On that day, at best you’d find him all alone at a corner, playing with his phone or something totally unrelated to the party he came for, and at worst, he’d be curled up in bed in his home (he never attended).
While you might think that, that is weird or queer of him you need to understand that not everyone can deal with noise and a large crowd.
The sooner you understand people’s genetic or personality traits, the better because you’d not take things personally when they behave in certain ways that may not conform to the normal.
6: Shyness:
This does not apply to all introverts though, but a shy person is likely to be an introvert.
They don’t like to be embarrassed, they always avoid anything that would make them appear stupid in public.
They’d rather not answer a question publicly if they are not sure of the authenticity of their answers.
Some of them even find it hard to maintain eye contact. Introverts are not always all-around great, as they might also have one or two pitfalls that might make them lose out on things that are important.
7: Possession of Talents:
Most introverts have a special ability or thing they can do that not many people can.
They are blessed with talents like singing, writing, graphic arts, and so on. This is not to insinuate that their extrovert counterparts do not possess such talents, but if you’ve met anyone who has a special ability, you might want to observe more closely, it might be an introvert!

Lastly on our topic of the day, 8 Ways to identify an introvert, the final key trait about introverts is they are mostly not outspoken
8: Introverts Are Not Outspoken:
This is somewhat different from being quiet. Introverts would rarely share their opinion in public.
People often mistake this behavior for a snub. They believe that introverts are full of themselves and would not speak to anyone.
This is not true in most cases as introverts only speak when they are comfortable with you, just a little more friendliness might bring them out of their shells, or castles, as they like to refer to their safe-havens.
They have a lot to say when they get the opportunity to be in a one-to-one conversation you’d not believe it is the same person who had appeared tongue-tied earlier.
You could cheat an introvert and he is aware that you cheated him but he’d never protest, maybe until you decide to ride on his calmness and seemingly dumb nature he’d explode.
They don’t like to be taken advantage of. Some of them already think they are weak enough, so trying to play a fast one them is more like an insult which they’d rather not tolerate.
To wrap it up, it is best to maintain a good relationship with everyone including people whose behavior seems a bit weird, understand them and find a middle ground and the world will surely be a better place.
That is when we learn to related best with everyone, be it an introvert or extrovert. we should learn how to understand and respect everyone
