Most people pay little or no attention to their health until they become or have a reason to visit the doctor. This lifestyle is not only risky but also makes you spend more than if you pay attention to healthy exercise regularly
Although exercise is not a ticket to living a sickness-free life it reduces your risk of developing unforeseen internal health issues, it also minimizes your risk of contracting diseases and makes you heal quicker than someone who doesn’t exercise.
So first let understand what we mean by the word, Exercise for the benefit of those who are not familiar with its definition
What is Exercise?
Exercise is any activity that involves the movement of your muscles that makes you burn calories.
Exercise could be in any form. People only think of exercise to be running, jumping, swimming; walking and cycling are forms of exercise too.
The benefits of exercise cannot be overemphasized. It doesn’t only help us to keep fit while we’re young but also keeps us sharp in our old age.
So, below we’ll discuss the benefits of exercise to all humans, and I believe by the end of this article you too have more reasons you should start exercising your body
1: Exercise Reduces the Feelings of Anxiety and Depression:
Exercise makes you feel good about yourself. It leaves you with a high spirit and a feeling of being able to do anything.
Regular exercise causes the brain to become sensitive to serotonin and norepinephrine; the hormones responsible for relieving feelings of depression.
Regular exercise also boosts your self-esteem, it makes you feel very confident, and confidence erases any trace of low self-esteem.
Chances are that people who do not exercise regularly stand a higher risk of suffering from heart diseases due to accumulated calories.
Calories are unhealthy for our health, but they are present in some everyday meals we consume. This means if we do not exercise for a long time, the calories become so much, and soon, we’d be down with one sickness or the other.
2: It helps in Weight Loss:
Since exercise is an activity that involves the burning of calories, which in other words could be referred to as fat, it helps reduce your weight, because too much weight without exercise could stress the heart and invariably cause heart problems.
Some persons could decide to replace exercise with eating food with low calories, this may delay weight loss, but exercise on the other hand increases your metabolic rate which will help to burn more calories and help you shed some weight quicker.
3: Exercise Strengthens Your Muscles and Bones:
Exercise helps your bones and muscles become stronger. Going to the gym to lift heavy metals could help give your muscles shapes and make them strong.
Although alongside the exercise, one needs to augment it with some nutrients like protein to get the best result.
Milk too should be included in your diet. Fruits and vegetables are not even debatable as they should as well be included.
This is because exercise releases some hormones that make your muscles able to take in more protein.
Some people tend to lose their muscles as they age but engaging in physical activities helps you stay in shape and keeps your muscle in shape too.
The study has it that intensive activities like gymnastics or football have the potentials of giving you bone density than walking or running even though they are all forms of exercise. Bone density is the thickness and strength of the bones.
4: Exercise Reduces Fatigue:
Do you feel heavy sometimes and cannot do little things without getting tired easily? This is called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS).
Regular exercise could help take care of this as it boosts your energy level.

During exercise, most parts of the body are stretched and those stretching could pass for body therapies which is another kind of exercising entirely.

Not exercising regularly makes you stand a higher risk of falling sick often and being affected by diseases, including heart diseases.
Exercising regularly, on the other hand, makes your heart healthier by reducing cholesterol and your heart will have you to thank when you do exercise regularly

If you have good skin, exercising regularly could help keep your skin in shape and increase its radiance. Because engaging in physical activities helps the body to release antioxidants which enhances your skin health.

Regular exercise can boost your intellectual capacity and improves your thinking skills.
Regular exercise first boosts your heart rate which enhances the flow of oxygen to the brain.
Also, regular exercise could help reduce the causes of brain conditions like schizophrenia.
Regular exercise helps to keep your memory in good shape too since lack of it may cause the brain to become slow in thinking and other mental activities.

Regular exercise causes your body temperature to go up and it is said to improve the quality of your sleep by helping your body temperature to fall during sleep.

Exercise can help improve your sex life because it helps the circulation of blood and strengthens your muscles and all these could improve your sex life. Although one has to be regular in
