A 45-year old man in Kenya DEFILES 15-year-old daughter infects her with HIV

A 45-year-old man from Muthara village in Tigania East, Meru County of Kenya In East Africa with coastline on the Indian Ocean
The man has been reported to have defiled his daughter of 14 years old and also infect her with the deadly HIV
The convict lived with his daughter and had on several occasions dragged her to the farm where he committed the abominable act by force penetration
Both the father and daughter have tested HIV positive as was reported
Commenting on why he defiled his daughter despite been aware of his status, he said, “ease her sexual urge”, he further added that he never wanted to die and leave her to suffer.
Paul Wechuli, The principal magistrate has said that the father was aware of his health status and he intentionally infected a minor, his daughter who trusted him and as such, he deserved a maximum sentence, such a person do not deserve to be among the sane in our society, so he deserved a maximum death sentence and that we are giving him
