CHRISTMAS: Please Don’t Come Back Home, FG To Nigerians Abroad
Amid the COVID 19, the Federal Government of Nigeria has warned Nigerians abroad to stay away from coming back to Nigeria for now, asking them to remain wherever they are
They also extended the warning to all religious gathering, placed a ban on Christmas carol and New Year eve across the entire Nation
This came as the Presidential Task Force on COVID 19 Urged Nigerians to stay away from all forms of festivities across the country during and after Christmas and new year eve
They also warned against nonessential travel across Nigeria
And to Nigerians abroad to remain wherever there are, for now, to save lives here, please don’t come back home, for now, stay where ever you are to save not just the lives of your loves ones back home, but the lives of Nigerians

Stay where you are for your safety and also to reduce the risk of you contracting COVID 19 and possibly spreading it to your loved ones and more Nigerians
The chairman of the PTF, Boss Mustapha, the national coordinator, Sani Aliyu, The Minister of health, Osagie Ehanire, and the Director-General of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) Chikwe Ihekweazu. Jointly made the call on Monday 30 November 2020
This announcement came Just a day to December month asking Nigerians abroad not to come back home for now and also use the opportunity to remind Nigerians to avoid Christmas carol and other mass gathering during Christmas and New Year eve.
