U.S BORDER ILLUSION: My Experience With Nigeria Borders
So I was watching the happening across U.S Borders illusion, which reminds me of my experience with Nigeria land borders and life across the sea borders as well
Then I remember doing a story about trafficked Nigerian girls and have traveled to several countries across West Africa.
The story took me to Nigeria’s border with the Benin Republic. When most Nigerians talk about “porous borders”, most of them seriously have never been to any border.
So as I watch the documentary of U.S Border illusion, When most Americans talk about “open borders”, most of them have never been to any border.
When most people think about a border, they think there is a fence, a gate, a place where you show your passport and an officer stamps your visa or your passport. Right?
That’s what we all think. The reality is there are no borders. It’s an illusion. When I did the Nigerian story, we kept going for hours and hours and hours and hours along the border in the woods.

The only thing I could see was trees and dust and streams. Even if Nigeria deployed all its army, the one Nigeria Army, all its soldiers, police officers to the border, they will only be able to police 2 percent of the “border”. 98 percent will remain open.
It’s thousands of miles. It’s the same thing on the southern U.S. border. It’s thousands of miles. No one, no army, no police, no ICE can police it.
The only border that exists is distance, the desert, the sea, the long journey that can naturally kill people who make the trip, or the belief that we are better where we are.

Any other thing is an illusion from people who have never been to any other border than the airport! The land does not belong to us, naturally is does not, we all came and saw. It was here before us and after us, it will be here. It may get hotter and we may need to relocate to another place or possible another planet
By nature we are all immigrants, In Nigeria, the Fulani’s are now immigrating from over 15 other Africa countries to Nigeria in mass, so because they are violent in their quest to settle possible in all the Nigeria states the first tribes The Hausa, Yoruba’s Igbo and multi-tribes in Nigeria are rejecting them.
While the government are siding them against the first immigrants and now occupants of Nigeria
Unknown to many, man cannot police any border. Most people do not know things. Most people just repeat what most people repeat. And that becomes their knowledge. if only man can co inhabit with their follow man, but because love and trust are far gone among we the human, it remain impossible for man to live peaceful with his follow man
Most people dismiss President Biden’s idea that the U.S. needs to partner with countries in Central America for people to stay in their countries, thinking that the U.S. has enough soldiers to deploy to the border! It’s simply an illusion!, same with the case of Nigeria my country
