Understanding men sexuality, stress, and erectile problems solutions

First is good to be a real man, hope you understand what I mean by being a real man, a real man in the other room, but funny enough a lot of men are losing it when it comes to being a man in the other room.
No thanks to stress, which has been lately discovered to be the top reason why a lot of men are having erectile problem

In the past 12 months, the amount of men sharing with me that they have issues with their sexuality is alarming, (e.g. erectile problems) has increased dramatically compared to the past 10 years
The questions are! So what the heck is going on? what is causing or possible leading our young and able men to have an erectile problem
The answer is simple #Stress, the stress of the body or stress of the mind and I will take my time to explain this better in this article ”Understanding men sexuality, stress, and erectile problems”
You see, there are four main reasons for this “in this trend”. today I will be sharing with you just the first but major issue and will continue in revealing the remaining three on my subsequent article related to this topic, so make sure you check on Afrinotes news update daily
So let Let’s begin with the first one:
1: Stress
Stress is like an alarm for your body. Up to a certain level, stress may have a stimulating effect on a person, pushing you to the next level.
Yes, there are two types of stress, the Eustress, and Distress or simply refer to as Positive stress and negative stress, in a layman’s view.
In as much as we have both good stress and bad stress, stress is a normal thing with livings
What is important is understanding the two types of stress, KNOWING if you are experiencing more of the eustress or distress.
While focusing MORE on the positive stress and working on eliminating the distress (negative stress) can save you from the erectile problem and many more other problems relating to distress
When your body is severely exposed to distress, be it biologically, physiological, or mentally. However, if this limit is surpassed, stress becomes harmful and can mess up your emotional, mental and physical body.
Stress causes disruptions with your endocrine and nervous systems; both coordinate your entire body, including your sexual function, this being one reason you must know the type of stress you are experiencing in others to help you end and heal from distress
Stress can lead to excessive stimulation (e.g. quick ejaculation), inhibit sexual stimulation (e.g. lack of ejaculation or arousal), infertility, and many others
The internet is packed with tons of ideas on how to ease stress and many of them may be helpful, while few are cool
