We will not forgive, will not forget, will hunt you down and make you pay. President Joe Biden. Thursday was a very difficult day In the united state of America and that of the White House in Washington D.C. Where President Joseph R. Biden Jr. addressed the Union in the evening late yesterday 26 day of August 2021
From the White House East Room and vowed revenge after 13 U.S. service members and more than 60 Afghan civilians were fleshy killed in a terrorist attack by members of ISIS K at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, the capital city of Afghanistan.
This sad day was not only to the United States and innocent Afghans but a big loss to the global world at large
As it seems the terror group are back on stage and now well on top of their terror games killing innocent people, jubilating and Merrymeeting with songs of victory with a high rate of human rights abuses now the skyrocketing across Afghanistan
On that faithful evening, President Joe Biden made it clear that the United state of AMERICA will not forgive, will never forget, and will surely hunt those behind the attack down, they will surely payback
In His voice
“We will not forgive, we will not forget,” the President made his stand clear. “We will hunt you down and make sure you pay.”
President Biden was supposed to host Naftali Bennett, the Prime Minister of Israel, in the Oval Office. Bennett, who unseated Benjamin Netanyahu recently and has been in DC since Tuesday night.
The Israeli press corps was already at the White House when the information came that the supposed meeting has been postponed until today, Friday.
The White House Press briefing, which was scheduled for 12. noon, took place after 6 pm, according to United States Hour rating
The attack has indeed disrupted the ongoing U.S troop rescue plan to some level, but all same rescues are still ongoing and the American seat of power is discussing their next line of action.
The few days after the bomb blast has mainly been days of the silent morning. The only noise was from phone calls from newsrooms and the sound of keyboards as reporters sent updates after updates after updates.
In another speech delivered by president Joe Biden, in his speech, the President called the service members who lost their lives “heroes” and described the military as the “backbone of America.”
“They’re the spine of America, the best the country has to offer,” the President said. Mr. Joe Biden was, seriously in pain, said he was outraged, as well as heartbroken by the deaths
Not just only him even the formal president of the united state of America, President Obama also reacted to the sad development, and Afrinotes reporters were able to bring the news in a news screenshot. see picture below
ALSO: President Joe Biden also made it clear that “The lives we lost today were lives given to the service of liberty, the service of security, the service of others,” the President said while lamenting over their lost
He then vowed once again to complete the mission of evacuating civilians from Afghanistan and put an end to a 20-year-long war that has killed more than 241,000 people and consumed trillions of United State of America dollars
Watching it all virtually from the White House was humbling at the same time heartbreaking to see how innocent lives were taken down in a blink of an eye, living their family, friends, and well-wishers in a long time agony
These people have to lead their life to save and serve others, to better the likes of humanity, but also, it left me with many questions. The main one was why?
Why do terrorists blow themselves up and kill people trying to evacuate civilians to safety? Why?
